Leap is a showcase of work from the graduating students of Leeds Beckett University of the year 2016 across the disciplines of Art, Architecture and Design. The exhibition is running from 3rd June - 10th June at Broadcasting Place on Woodhouse Lane. I attended the open night interested to see how the show compared to last years paying particular attention to the Fine Art department and managed to get a few photos of the pieces that caught my eye.

If I'm totally honest and critical, I thought the show was a little disappointing compared to last year. Some of the artwork seemed really considered and well thought out but was spoilt by the sloppy display around it. It looked rushed and lazily presented in a short space of time and lacked the professionalism you'd expect from a degree show.
